Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the EduOne platform operated by Aztra (Private) Limited, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Service Description

EduOne is a smart education management platform designed for Sri Lankan educational institutes. The service includes:

• Student registration and management
• Attendance tracking via QR codes and NFC cards
• Automated SMS notifications to parents
• Online payment processing
• Institute administration tools

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Respect the privacy and rights of students and parents
• Pay fees in a timely manner

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Refunds may be provided at our discretion within 30 days of purchase.

Data Protection

We are committed to protecting student and institutional data. All data is stored securely and used only for providing our services. Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
